An email communication channel was established with regular mailings featuring best offers, discounts, promo codes, travel news, new product announcements, surveys, and engaging activities. The subscriber base grew from 0 to 3,100. Email open rates reached 58%. Email became a key channel for attracting repeat business.

A regular posting schedule for social media was established, along with a content monitoring process. Subscriber numbers increased by 43%, and the percentage of conditionally free clients rose from 0.4% to 1%. A system for efficient communication with users and quick online consultations was implemented.

Ongoing efforts were undertaken to improve website text and optimize website performance for better organic search rankings on Google. Page loading speed was increased, website text was optimized, and regular online link purchases were implemented. As a result, Google search rankings improved significantly, and the company's website achieved leading positions in search results for all key queries.
