The company's objectives were to enter the Icelandic market and secure a spot among the top 3 providers of tourist services. This included opening five key tourist destinations and achieving full capacity for flights to these locations.
The company successfully entered the Icelandic market from the ground up. Within six months, expansion plans were set for Denmark and Finland. I was involved in every step, from strategic planning and team recruitment to launching websites, setting goals, and budgeting. As part of the initial 4-person team, I contributed to establishing the main office and laying the foundation for growth.

The email communication channel was established from the ground up. Initially utilizing Mailchimp, the platform was later transitioned to MailerLite. Website subscriptions were integrated to facilitate audience growth. A robust 3-stage subscription automation process, incorporating double opt-in verification, was implemented. Furthermore, six distinct email templates were developed to cater to various informational needs. The email marketing plan and its corresponding content topics were seamlessly integrated with the existing social media content strategy.

A comprehensive competitor analysis on social media platforms was conducted. The study delved into their communication styles, the specific platforms utilized, visual aesthetics, content types, and audience engagement metrics.
Based on the findings, a distinctive visual identity and brand voice were developed for Aventura. A comprehensive social media strategy was formulated, outlining a detailed content calendar, content diversity, and audience engagement guidelines. A key focus was ensuring timely responses to all user inquiries. Comments were addressed within 24 hours, while direct messages were responded to within 30 minutes. To maintain consistent monitoring of brand mentions, a weekly review of all social media platforms was implemented.
